• Leadership Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire team members.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Effective in addressing issues and finding solutions.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in Luxury Hospitality: Prior experience working in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proficient in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
