Job Description

The Hospitality Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, creating schedules, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and development of staff members.
  • Implement standard operating procedures for service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
