Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your leadership will inspire a proactive HR culture and align HR strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct recruitment and hiring processes to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Design and implement training programs to support employee development.
  • Manage HR budgets and negotiate with external service providers.
  • Enhance employee engagement through feedback initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure a safe workplace through risk assessments and compliance checks.
  • Drive initiatives that promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Develop succession planning processes to nurture future leaders.
  • Organize team-building activities to enhance workplace morale.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
