Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with department heads to align HR efforts with business goals.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
• Facilitate workshops on workplace culture and employee recognition.
• Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure employee well-being.
• Update and maintain the HR database and employee records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Professional HR certification preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a senior HR role
