Job Description

We are looking for an HR Officer to support our HR department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, manage employee onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws, contributing positively to our company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job description drafting to hiring.
  • Conduct onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist in performance reviews and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management
