Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, making you the primary point of contact for account success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate service solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure continuous satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Resolve client issues with speed and professionalism.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or similar role
