• Guide and support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
• Implement and oversee employee retention strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and legislation.
• Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Work with external HR consultants as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to employee privacy laws.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience
