Job Description

As a Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and handling reservations. Your friendly demeanor and professional approach will create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and procedures.
  • Promote additional services offered by the hotel to guests.
  • Prepare reports on daily transactions and guest feedback.
  • Assist in implementing hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field (strongly preferred)
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in front office or guest services
Technical Skills
  • Reservation software proficiency
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
Soft Skills
  • Team collaboration
  • Customer service orientation
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
