Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs that meet client specifications and promote sustainable practices.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare landscape construction documents.
• Collaborate with project teams to bring designs from concept to execution.
• Engage with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current with landscape architecture trends and regulations.
• Provide guidance on plant selection and placement to enhance aesthetics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Landscape Institute Accreditation
• Project Management Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• LEED Accreditation: Knowledge in sustainable design practices certified by LEED.
