Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee all site activities for our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing large-scale construction operations and will ensure that projects are completed on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination.
  • Schedule, plan, and supervise work on-site according to project phases.
  • Review costs and project plans, ensuring they align with client expectations.
  • Conduct safety training and ensure all safety practices are adhered to.
  • Monitor materials and equipment to prevent shortages and delays.
  • Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Perform site audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
