Bull Gang Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bull Gang Worker to undertake a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites. You will play an essential role in our projects, from digging trenches to moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required.
• Follow instructions for the proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Participate in site clean-up and restoration activities.
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
• Engage in teamwork to finish tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
• Adapt to changing project demands and schedules.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Assist with any special projects as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Previous experience in manual labor or construction work is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate heavy machinery
• Basic math and measurement skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints: Skill in understanding technical drawings can give you an advantage.
• Experience using machinery such as forklifts or cherry-pickers: Hands-on experience with construction machinery is beneficial.
