We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide top-notch support, answer queries, and ensure their needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Log all customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
  • Analyze customer requests to provide timely solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or similar
  • Degree in Business Management is an advantage.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
