Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will proactively engage with clients, fostering relationships and understanding their needs to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather insights from clients.
  • Establish best practices for customer success within the organization.
  • Report on customer success metrics to internal teams.
  • Support customers during contract renewals and expansions.
  • Act as a mentor to junior customer success team members.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in customer success.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer relationships.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity across teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
