HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

In the role of HR Compliance Officer, you will be tasked with developing and implementing compliance training programs, conducting audits, and ensuring all HR policies are adhered to across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review HR-related contracts and agreements.
• Engage with employees on compliance-related matters.
• Prepare reports on compliance metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Promote a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Master's degree in HR Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance

• ISO 9001 Certification
