Uranium Processing Supervisor

Job Description

The Uranium Processing Supervisor will oversee uranium ore processing to extract uranium oxide, ensuring production targets are met while complying with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations and coordinate team activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct training and development programs for staff.
• Evaluate operational efficiency and recommend solutions.
• Ensure that all necessary reports are produced accurately and timely.
• Foster a culture of safety and responsibility.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred in mining or processing
