Job Description

As an HR Manager in our Port Elizabeth office, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement. We're seeking a proactive leader who can drive HR programs and ensure a compliant and thriving work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support performance management and improvement systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of training needs within the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances and dispute resolutions effectively.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to maintain competitive standards.
  • Keep track of HR metrics and report on performance.
  • Enhance workplace culture through employee engagement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years managing HR functions in a corporate environment
