Responsibilities
Lead the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Support performance management and improvement systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Conduct regular assessments of training needs within the organization.
Handle employee grievances and dispute resolutions effectively.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to maintain competitive standards.
Keep track of HR metrics and report on performance.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is preferred
