Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries.
Analyze recurring technical issues and suggest solutions for improvement.
Create detailed reports on support activities and customer feedback.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for support response times.
Assist in the development of training materials for clients.
