Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from inception to resolution.
• Engage in client consultations to assess their legal needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing case developments and strategies.
• Conduct depositions and witness examinations during trials.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance legal skills.
• Advocate for clients in various legal forums and environments.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent law degree
• Specialization in Corporate Law is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of extensive experience in corporate litigation
