Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement automation solutions in the manufacturing process.
• Assist in developing project scopes and plans.
• Support continuous improvement projects across all operations.
• Document processes and create detailed reports for management.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Review and revise safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• MBA or similar is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in an industrial engineering role

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
