We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries professionally and with empathy.
  • Deliver solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist in back-end processes related to customer support.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Management or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Experience with training new staff: Previous experience in training new customer support agents is valued.
