Join our team as a Tour Guide and Escort, specializing in kayaking excursions along the beautiful coastline of Cape Town. We’re searching for individuals who are not only enthusiastic about the outdoors but also possess strong leadership skills to ensure safety and enjoyment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kayaking tours along designated routes while ensuring participant safety.
• Deliver informative and engaging commentary about local wildlife and landmarks.
• Monitor weather conditions and adapt the itinerary as needed.
• Train participants on basic kayaking skills and safety measures before excursions.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and assist with repairs when necessary.
• Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with other guides.
• Evaluate participant feedback to improve future tour experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety drills.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in Outdoor Recreation or related field

Experience

• Previous experience in adventure tourism preferred.
