We are in search of a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform health screenings and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and assess health data.
• Provide counseling on preventive care and health maintenance.
• Manage chronic conditions and collaborate on care plans.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and best practices.
• Advocate for patient rights and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate staff and provide mentorship to junior nurses.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing Diploma

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Clinical Decision-Making

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Fluency in Afrikaans or other local languages is an added advantage.
