Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist where you will be instrumental in managing HR processes and enhancing employee engagement. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure an effective transition for new hires.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external organizations for recruitment drives.
  • Maintain a current understanding of labor legislation and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of generalist HR experience in a corporate environment
