Job Description

As an HR Operations Consultant in our Durban office, you will play a critical role in managing HR operations, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance employee engagement and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate HR processes and ensure effective communication within the HR team and across departments.
• Work closely with compliance to ensure all HR practices meet legislative requirements.
• Develop and deliver training on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles
