Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant ready to take on the challenge of attracting top talent. You’ll leverage your recruitment expertise to build relationships with clients and candidates, streamline hiring processes, and enhance candidate experience while achieving recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through talent sourcing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement.
• Work closely with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions.
• Prepare and conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills and competencies.
• Organize and lead recruitment events to promote job openings.
• Leverage analytics to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiencies.
• Attend networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates to facilitate successful placements.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualifications in HR or related field are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role

Languages

• English: Fluent
