Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions within our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate should possess a broad understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will be instrumental in driving our HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Oversee employee performance management systems and assist in conducting reviews.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Support training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
