Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support in various legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of South African law and experience in commercial agreements, compliance, and dispute resolution. You will play a key role in advising our clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain records of all legal correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Advise on potential legal issues related to new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide legal insights.
• Provide support during mediation or arbitration processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in legal advisory or corporate law.
