Collaborate with clients to develop strategic IP protection plans and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all IP filings and communications.
• Assist with international IP matters and coordination with foreign counsel.
• Facilitate negotiations regarding IP licenses and contracts.
• Advise on enforcement of IP rights against infringement.
• Prepare regular reports on IP portfolio for management review.
• Participate in industry forums and networking opportunities to enhance the firm's presence.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify potential IP risks and opportunities.
• Assist in training junior staff on IP processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property Law is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years in an IP-focused role

Certifications
