Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure satisfaction in Durban. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and drive product adoption, ultimately contributing to client retention and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with customers and understand their goals.
  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss customer feedback.
  • Develop tailored customer success strategies based on individual needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend training where necessary.
  • Prepare documentation and reporting for key accounts.
  • Foster a sense of community among clients to encourage sharing of best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between customer objectives and company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
