Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks and will be responsible for providing insightful legal advice, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage legal strategies for client and organizational needs.
• Advise on risk management and compliance issues.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts with external parties.
• Participate in legal planning and strategic oversight.
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations and training on legal practices.
• Review and revise internal policies to align with legal standards.
• Assist in litigation prep, including discovery and trial preparation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory or related field
