We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage client cases, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise in legal analysis and risk management will be essential in guiding our clients through complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of legal issues and potential impacts.
• Handle complex client cases from inception to resolution.
• Advise on employment law and corporate governance.
• Prepare briefs and case summaries for court proceedings.

Requirements

Education

• LLM or advanced legal degree is an advantage
• Experience in corporate law is preferred

• 5+ years of legal advisory experience in a corporate environment
