Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various job vacancies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to develop role-specific job descriptions and requirements.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to showcase our company culture.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions for future talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
