• Provide training and support to hiring managers on interview techniques.
• Compile and analyze data to contribute to strategic planning.
• Participate in team meetings to align on recruitment goals and activities.
• Demonstrate compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
