Job Description

In the role of Human Resources Manager, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. You will manage employee relations, handle performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferable
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles
