Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Agents. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Follow established customer service standards and practices.
  • Train new team members on customer service protocols when needed.
  • Work closely with management to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk
  • Google Workspace

  • Attention to Detail
  • Teamwork
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Experience with remote customer service tools: Familiarity with tools like LiveChat, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual capabilities: Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
