Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience is fulfilling.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Participate in service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer trends.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Advantageous

  • Experience in an outbound customer engagement role: Experience in making proactive outreach calls to customers for feedback and service enhancements.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment: Familiarity with high-volume call handling including best practices.
