Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is key in ensuring smooth office operations, managing correspondence, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and manage office documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with HR functions, including employee records management.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor office activities and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in an office administration position
