Job Description

In the role of Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of contracts from negotiate through execution. This includes ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies, whilst also improving contract management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract management from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and clients.
  • Draft and review contracts, amendments, and agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and correspondence.
  • Resolve disputes and manage contract-related issues.
  • Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training on contract management processes and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline contract workflows.
  • Generate reports on contract KPIs and performance evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in Project Management will be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a related role with proven track record in contract management
