Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Further education or training in customer service is a plus.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in call center operations

Languages
