Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Customer Solutions Corp., you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support our team in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate difficult situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and training materials for future representatives.
  • Track and report common issues faced by customers to management for resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Services or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call centre environment
