• Provide first-line technical support to users and teams across the organization.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Assist with the setup of new equipment and software.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for internal knowledge base.
• Support network-related issues and help maintain network infrastructure.
• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are implemented and effective.
• Participate in IT projects and support their implementation.
• Coordinate with third-party support services when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certification as a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of IT Helpdesk or support experience
