Job Description

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing training initiatives that enhance the skills of our employees. Your role will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and report on the training requirements for different departments.
• Create engaging and informative training presentations.
• Implement innovative training techniques to keep sessions interactive.
• Support leadership development initiatives across the company.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with training-related regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Education or Human Resources preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Training Needs Analysis

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
