Job Description

As a Water Softener Service Supervisor, you will oversee a dynamic team responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water softeners. Your leadership will ensure we deliver exceptional service to our residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the water softener service team.
• Assure technicians are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to perform their jobs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs effectively.
• Implement training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Review job reports and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee health and safety practices within the team.
• Communicate effectively with clients on service standards and expectations.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Technical certification in plumbing or electrical systems is highly preferable

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the water treatment industry.
