Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role requires a dynamic professional who will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of HR practices and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance on HR issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Enhance the employee experience through various HR initiatives and programs.
  • Keep abreast of changes in HR laws and ensure compliance across practices.
  • Manage exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
