Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to lead our efforts in maintaining regulatory standards and ensuring internal policies are followed. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management strategies while being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze compliance incidents and advise on best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Provide ongoing compliance advice and support to staff.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to interpret compliance laws.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
  • Record data and prepare compliance reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Law or Finance
  • Relevant Professional Certification
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or legal role
