Job Description

As a Paralegal with Legal Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with various legal tasks, including research and documentation. You will manage case files, draft pleadings, and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Manage case files and ensure that all documentation is organized.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
  • File documents with courts and other legal entities.
  • Stay updated on legal terminology and procedures.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of discovery materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment
