Oil Refiner

Job Description

As an Oil Refiner, you will be accountable for the production of high-quality petroleum products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will manage the entire refining process, overseeing all operations, and collaborating with various departments to meet production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the refinery plant to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor new operators and technicians in safe practices.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades.
• Identify trends in production quality and suggest corrective actions.
• Facilitate meetings to discuss safety procedures and improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact during inspections and audits.
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance refining processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in oil refining
