The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's patent portfolio, including drafting, filing, prosecuting, and enforcing patents. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patent process from application preparation to litigation.
• Advise clients on patentability and infringement risks.
• Draft and file patent applications with accuracy and precision.
• Engage in patent litigation and dispute resolution as necessary.
• Develop educational materials on intellectual property for clients.
• Liaise with international patent offices for global patent protections.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on patent law and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
