Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Cape Town office. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting and usage inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Document feedback and suggestions received from customers.
  • Engage actively in team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / High School Diploma
  • Any additional qualifications in customer service is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support position preferred
