Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects in Port Elizabeth. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and team coordination, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with various teams for efficient execution.
• Monitor project milestones and track progress against the timeline.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately.
• Facilitate project meetings to address issues and share updates.
• Optimize project performance and implement best practices for construction management.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost analyses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
