Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including talent sourcing and interviews.
• Facilitate new employee orientation to foster positive workplace integration.
• Draft and revise HR policies to ensure they reflect current legislation.
• Provide a point of contact for employee issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Conduct annual benefits reviews and administer employee compensation plans.
• Implement employee development and training programs.
• Manage HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Generate analytical reports on HR metrics for decision-making.
• Foster an inclusive company culture that supports diversity.
• Support HR management with projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
