Job Description

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing fundraising strategies to support our mission. You will work closely with community stakeholders and donors to foster lasting relationships, aiming to secure sustainable funding for our programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
  • Prepare budgets for fundraising projects and events.
  • Utilize social media and online platforms for fundraising outreach.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Engage with local businesses and organizations for sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for specific donor demographics.
  • Train staff and volunteers on effective fundraising techniques.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance fundraising practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising or non-profit management
